The operating costs of No-Flush^TM urinals are only about $1.00 per 1000 uses. Drastic operating savings result as shown below, compared with the water plus sewer costs of conventional urinals.

Substantial savings in maintenance needs are achieved by the installation of Waterless No-Flush™ urinals. These savings are:

Pay back for a Waterless No-Flush™ retrofit is between one and three years, on water/sewer charges alone. The savings on maintenance are additional.

In new construction the savings also include the deletion of a water feed line, flush valves and sensors.

The cleaning of Waterless urinals is exactly the same as cleaning conventional urinals. Replenishments of BlueSeal® are accurately measured with a Portion Aid. Fill the Portion Aid and simply pour contents into the holes of the EcoTrap®. The measuring device minimizes the waste of BlueSeal®.
